1. Joining EOL Group:
– By filling out the subscription form, you agree to become a customer and you must abide by the terms of this agreement. Your subscription shall only be by getting
a product from EOL, in addition to getting a commission for products purchased by individuals who will join your marketing team. – By filling out the subscription form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood,
and agreed to the Terms and Conditions. 2. Terms of Agreement: – The terms of this Agreement begin by your acceptance to join EOL and will end when it is terminated by either party, either you or EOL, may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without a reason, by giving the other party a written notice of termination. – EOL reserves the right to change any of the Terms of Service for any reason that seem appropriate according to its valuation. – To become an EOL customer, the customer must be of legal age in your area in order
to register with EOL.
– EOL reserves the right to accept and / or refuse the customer without providing any reason or explanation for such refusal. EOL does not accept any appeal in rejected cases.
– EOL’s customer is not an employee, agent, representative, or franchisee of the company. He shall agree not to incur any obligation, debts to the account or under the
name of EOL and its locations. He / she is only authorized to purchase products from EOL and / or signify new customers for EOL according to the conditions stated

in this document of service.

– All EOL’s customers are eligible to benefit from commissions and / or rewards according to the plan.

– Paying all applicable taxes and / or customs duties which will be the responsibility of the customers in their countries.

3. Customer’s Responsibilities:

– EOL expects from its customers to market its products and plan within a set of ethical

rules and standards set by the community for all EOL possible customers.
– EOL is against customers who sell or promote to other customers, similar products,

services, competition, connotation or registration of other customers in any other

marketing programs or company.
– It is understood that although customers may know other customers in the EOL plan,

the program does not allow customers to take advantage of other customers’ referral activity. Commissions are paid only on the successful registration of a new customer for the plan.

– No promise or guarantee was made that customers will receive any specific income or

profits as a customer. It is understood that any income earned by the customer in EOL is determined by the client’s personal activity as an independent member and within the company’s plan. Customers realize that commissions are paid only to qualified customers / him or her / the lower line of them and the upper line of them. The customer will not be able to earn any income except those stated in the official website.

– The customer also understands that the income as displayed on the website is only

indicative of your potential earnings and there are no guarantees.

– EOL prohibits the display of unrealistic income numbers and false data to create the
temptation to identify new customers.
– No restrictions on areas or privileges of the plan and no restrictions on EOL’s customers who can identify many new customers. However, all customers are personally responsible for their decision and must meet all applicable laws and regulations in all their countries. 4. Product receipt:
– EOL and its agents use reliable courier services to deliver products. – Delivery charges must be paid by the customer at the time of purchasing the product which can range from $ 0 to $ 100, depending on the area of every customer. – EOL will not be responsible for all local fees, customs taxes or VAT charged on customer’s countries laws. – Products returned to EOL due to incorrect customer address, phone number or any other reason such as the absence of the customer on the time of delivery etc …. the customer shall bear the cost of delivery fee + return shipping fee. – Customers are strongly advised to provide the correct address in all orders placed on the registration page. Valid address details means delivering products faster. – Exceptional cases where products cannot reach their destination due to severe or complex customs laws and regulations, the customer must obtain the product
themselves from their nearest authorized service center or regional agent. EOL will not be responsible for the travel or any other expenses, as the customer will bear such expenses to acquire his products in this case. – All information provided by the customers is highly confidential between EOL and its customers and can never be compromised under any circumstances.
